Challenge

Following sustained growth and a series of acquisitions, Be One Solutions recognised the need for a corporate brand refresh to reflect its expanded capabilities beyond SAP. While widely associated with SAP Business One implementation, the business has evolved into a broader technology partner, offering end-to-end solutions across ERP, cloud hosting, analytics and more.  

The challenge was to reposition Be One Solutions in a crowded landscape while balancing two core truths: global scale and local closeness. The brand needed to signal the strength and reach of an international partner while still communicating that delivery happens through on-the-ground teams who are close enough to care. A clear strategic narrative was needed to strengthen differentiation and build consistency across markets. 

Solution

Brand Strategy 

Anchored by the brand idea “Beyond Onewe developed the core strategy to guide brand communications, including a new tagline, key messages, purpose statement, values and brand personality. 

Brand Identity 

Inspired by the metaphor of a prism, the new identity expresses how Be One Solutions transforms complexity into clarity, offering customers more than one solution, one region or one way of thinking. Drawing from the original logo, the refreshed mark breaks through the “B” form with an upward arrow, conveying forward energy and momentum, bringing the brand idea of “Beyond One” to life. The identity system is supported by the add-on solutions architecture, refreshed colour palette, and three core graphic devices that enable consistency and flexibility across markets. 

Brand Implementation 

To support consistent rollout, we produced a comprehensive brand guideline and a suite of brand applications across internal and external communications.
