Anne is a passionate and professional sustainability expert who helps business address the interconnected complexities of sustainability to improve performance and outcomes, reduce risk and create value for all stakeholders.
As SR’s Sustainability Advisor, Anne helps clients identify and prioritise their environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, risks and opportunities. She supports them in integrating sustainability into their strategy, operations and reporting, in line with ESG/sustainability requirements and the evolving expectations of investors and other stakeholders.
Her experience ranges from working for consultancy firms in Hong Kong and Canada, leading university courses and having a regional E&S Specialist role with the International Finance Corporation, to being a Board Advisor to an impact investment firm. Anne has a long history of being active in the community, including as a Board Director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, as well as the co-founder of its Sustainable Development Committee and co-chair of its Women’s Network, a Mentor with The Women’s Foundation and a founding member of the Global Reporting Initiative’s Stakeholder Council and the HKSAR’s Council for Sustainable Development’s Strategy Sub-committee.
